I was thinking of spinning up a new app that'd help you maintain your mental wellness. <br><br>1. It would have coaching around sleep and help you maintain a schedule<br>2. Around nutrition<br>3. Exercise<br>4. Meditation<br>5. Working (i.e. help you set boundaries for work that don't infringe on your personal time)<br><br>I was thinking that the app would be free, but you could set your mental wellness goals, and it would provide coaching on them.<br><br>The big idea was that if you're failing to meet your goals, you could connect with a community of people who are also failing, and everyone can encourage everyone else to change their habits.<br><br>I think this would be really beneficial to society. It's also an app that I think I could use myself. Does that sound like something that you would use?
