"Women are the future of Islam" - 'Islam is feminist because women can be imams now'

In reality, the women who are making these claims are cherry picking verses of the Quran and hadiths to support their narrative. <br><br>The same thing can be done in the Bible, you can cherry pick certain verses to show how progressive it is. You can twist the words of pretty much any holy book to back up your narrative. <br><br>I don't get how anyone can support an Abrahamic religion, in my eyes it's all rooted in misogynism and it's dealing with the bigotry and people blindly following these religions that are the reason we are where we are (and are going backwards) today.
