My wife gave me chlamydia

I. Am. Livid.<br><br>The only person I've had sex with within the past 5 years has been my wife. I've had NO other sexual contact from any person via oral, vaginal, anal, or any other way for that matter. <br><br>Yet, I just found out that I have chlamydia. <br><br>I confronted my wife who seemed very shocked that I had the infection as well. It's quite possible that she doesn't know she has it, so not necessarily a lie game. She said she wouldn't cheat on me because she loves me. <br><br>If I find out that she did in fact cheat, I'm ending our marriage.<br><br>Advice on how to confront her about my suspicion? <br><br>\*\*EDIT\*\*<br><br>Thankfully, it's treated with a z pak and I'm clear as of today. I used my detective skills and saw that her truck was gone in the middle of the night last week and conjuguced that she slept over at her best friends house (do I think she slept over and did something sexual? IDK but it's what made me suspicious). I saw that one of her tires was flat yesterday. When I asked her about it, she said she ran over a nail yesterday and had to get it fixed. She did NOT get a nail. I found an unknown white piece of fabric caught in the thorn. Our best friends car has black seats. I picked up a z pak today on my break at work. I told her I found her best friend's fabric near the road where she claimed to have gotten the flat and she snapped. She started tearing up and crying and said she loved me and that she made a mistake. I asked her if it was true and she said yes. I took my z pack to the car and went home.
