The occupation is illegal and it must end.

"The occupation" and the land of the "1967 borders" are LEGAL. Israel has 2 internationally recognized UN legal borders; 1949 armistice lines and 1920 San Remo boarders. These 2 boarders are the ONLY internationally LEGAL borders. Israel has LEGAL sovereignty over all land west of the Jordan River. The 1949 armistice lines are NOT recognized as boarders; it's just a temporary line.<br><br>As Israel has these 2 LEGAL borders, then the land outside of these borders is ILLEGAL. These borders are the 1939 borders when land west of the Jordan river was called Palestine. The most recent borders are from 1945 and in 1946, the British mandate ended and the territory west of the Jordan river was recognized as Israel and Jordan, where the land east of the Jordan river was recognized as land of the Palestinians. The 1967 borders are recognized as the West Bank because there was no country to decide the borders between Israel and Palestinian state that was supposed to be created by Jordan but didn't happen. In late 1988, Jordan renounced from its land west of the Jordan river. The west bank is considered occupied land and the people living there do not have a state or government and therefore, its land owned by Israel in 1920 were used to create the settlements which are legal.<br><br>There are 2 options to end the occupation: The Arabs can create a Palestinian state that Israel can recognize and they can talk with each other of a 2 state solution, or if the land is annexed, the people living there should receive citizenship.
