I (28F) caught my husband (29M) coming home from the neighbors (35F) house. How do I confront him?

I've been married to my husband "Hank" for 3 years. We have a 1 year old daughter together. I'm afraid I've caught him cheating and I don't know where to start with the conversation I need to have with him. <br><br>Hank went to the gym last night but didn't come home until 10:30PM (2.5 hours later). He was "working out" the entire time but I know he's not that dumb. I decided I'd sweat it for the night and talk to him in the morning. <br><br>This morning we had a K9 event at our local park and needed to set up at 7:30. Hank offered to drive out gear up in his truck and I met him there with our daughter. I left before him and when I was driving to the event I happened to notice him leaving our street. I thought nothing of it really, he was behind me. <br><br>Then I noticed a woman was leaving around the same time he was. She lives a few houses down from us. I figured she was going for a run/jog. I didn't think anything of it at all. It wasn't until I saw her walk out her front door, get into his truck, and then ride with him to the park. I just happened to see it all go down. <br><br>When they got to the park, he dropped her off at her car (in the parking lot) and then met up with me at our event set up. <br><br>How do I confront him??? I'm just so lost. He is my world and I really thought he loved me and our daughter more than anything. <br><br>I've noticed her working out around the same time we do in the evenings. He is always by her side spotting and just chatting with her while she works out. I've always wondered what they were chatting about and if he flirted with her but I never thought he'd actually cheat until now. <br><br>CONFRONTATION UPDATE:<br><br>I confronted him at the event. I asked him what the hell her was doing in his truck. He said he gave her a ride because she forgot her car keys and needed to ride back to her car. I asked if she had a gym bag with her, he said yes. I told him she was full of s**t and I knew she didn't have her gym bag because she had already worked out for the day and I saw her walking out her front door when we were leaving. He looked like a busted kid, It was actually kind of funny. He looked me dead in the eyes said, "She wanted to f**k me and I said yes." I asked if he wore a condom and he said yes. I lost in ever way possible. He tried to hug me and I told him to f**k off. He got in his truck and drove off. <br><br>He's been blowing my phone up all day with text messages, voicemails and phone calls. He keeps apologizing and saying he'll do anything to make it right. He is begging me to take him back. He's willing to do couples counseling, delete socials, give me his phone to go through whenever I please. Anything. He is willing to do anything. <br><br>I'm just so, so, so...heartbroken. I have lost all faith and trust in him and in our marriage. I just don't know if I can ever trust him again. <br><br>I'm going to stay with my parents tonight and then head to a friend's house to stay for a few days. <br><br>I'll update when/if anything changes.
