CMV: Most people are not obsessed with Trump, they just have no interest in discussing the president if he is not Trump.

I am a Socialist, and I almost never discuss Biden. This has been consistent through out Obama, Bush, Clinton, and now Biden. Biden isn't so controversial, so I have no problem with him, though obviously he is not progressive. He has ran as a centrist, and he won the election as a centrist. This has been the same through out, so why would I discuss some president who is centrist? I only care about progressive politics. I want to see real change, so I want to have a president that takes action, and not one that just "gets the job done". Trump, on the other hand, was, and remains, a controversial figure. He ran as a nationalist, and while a lot of people really hated him, he had a dedicated support base. People either love him or hate him. People who love him know that he takes action to see that his agenda is completed. People who hate him know he takes action to see that his agenda is completed. Even though he lost the election, he still has a lot of power. He has a lot of support, and he knows that people will do whatever he says. He has been able to get people to take real world action for him before, and he continues to do that. He is worth discussing, but Biden is now president. Biden isn't so controversial, and he is almost consistently centrist. He doesn't have the same level of support, and people are not as dedicated to him. He is consistently centrist, so people don't see him as the means to a end. I don't want Biden to move the needle, I want him to be able to move the needle. I want to have a progressive president who will take action, not one that only does what the centrist agenda wants. Trump, on the other hand, is a means to an end, regardless of whether he is a positive or negative. He is a nationalist that takes action, and he has a dedicated base that will do what he says. He can, and will, move the needle. He will take action to see that his agenda is met. Biden is not going to do that, so he is not going to have the same following or criticism that Trump will. <br><br>The majority of people are not obsessed with Trump, they just see him as more important than Biden. He has a dedicated base that will do whatever he wants. He is a nationalist and a populist, and he will do what needs to be done in order to see that his agenda is met. He is a polarizing figure, but ultimately, he is worth discussing and paying attention to, just because of his power and following. <br><br>PS: I am not saying progressive politics are anything special, they are just what I care about. I understand there are lots of things that people want to discuss, and I know that Trump has been a political leader in the past, so he is worth discussing that context. I am just saying that now, he is more interesting than Biden, so people pay more attention to him.
