I'm fucking sick and tired of seeing US politics all over Reddit.

This post was inspired by someone who posted a very graphic description of beheading in r/AMA. This sub was marked as US politics, so I couldn't see it, because I am in Eastern Europe and I set that filter to hide all US politics content. It shows how good the Reddit system for filtering political shit actually works.<br><br>I feel like I am obliged to know everything about the US, Obama's dick size, what did Trump tweet today, stats of the US coronavirus situation, what did Biden say, who is 2024 going to elect, California is burning, why is it so expensive to be sick in the US, police brutality in the US and so on. I don't give a fuck about any of this. Everything I care about regarding the US is held in one sentence: "US is a fucked up imperialist slave owner state with a 2-braincell cheesesoda drinking citizenry." I think I covered everything I care about.<br><br>Also, since I am from Eastern Europe, I have a historical beef with the US, idk if you know what a proxy war is, but you guys paid Nazis to fight Communists, and even though you didn't send your soldiers here, they were still fighting for the USA. 2 Bullsits, you're not protecting your citizens and you are the reason why we had to support fucking bolshevism to not be oppressed by Germans. That being said, I am aware that the US is a fucking behemoth of a country, no other country can match your size, and even though you are one of the most genocidal and oppressive countries, you have somehow managed to stay clean and prosperous, while the rest of the world, who is 10x smaller, is full of slums, or dark, depressive shitholes with crumbling infrastructure.<br><br>Edit: Holy shit, thank you for all my fellow Europeans who upvoted this. Stay strong, and remember: if given the choice between an imperialist authoritarian state and freedom, choose freedom every time, if given the choice between freedom and prosperity, choose freedom every time, remember that freedom is the most important, and those who would give it up for security and prosperity are the biggest pussies.
