Is incest legal in Texas? Has anyone ever been charged in Texas?

This is from Wikipedia for Texas. It’s not super clear to me.<br><br>Texas Penal Code Section 25.02 prohibits intercourse between individuals “descended one from the other through the lawful wedlock of their marriage ancestors” and individuals related “by consanguinity”, but does not specify their degree of relationship. It only mentions prohibition for those related “within third degree by consanguinity” in certain exceptions.
