Is there a single seed bank that you can get beautiful and authentic genetics from?

I haven’t had too much luck. Does anybody have a solid seed bank to recommend and why? I like buying from seed banks because it’s much easier than hunting around and finding beautiful phenotypes. Just throw a few thousand beans in a field and then select for what you want. People say it doesn’t work though.
