Why do hindus have to carry the cross of invasion

Why do we carry the cross of so called invasion because it's a lie in many fronts 1. Indigenous people where the dalits the Aryans where not invaders our culture is Hindu culture Had existed even before the aryan invasion of any sort , ancient civilization of native people eg indus Valley civilization was also Hindu. Hinduism was flourishing over the subcontinent well before 1500 BCE. Why do we carry the cross of invasion when the real invasions where the Islamic and British ones ?
