My husband (25m) got a new high paying job recently. He is still very inexperienced but they pay him $250k per year. He has a college degree, even if he didn't really do anything besides party and sleep in till 3pm, and some certifications, even though he barely passed. His job is basically to work his 8 hours and sit around and wait for something to break.

Part of the job is that he has to go out in the field for visits. He has to stay a hotel nearby for those nights. This is a work requirement.

The company is going to be training a lot of new employees, so they are letting them live in the same building as his for a few months. These employees are just kids straight out of college, mostly. They didn't even have a job until they saw my husband get hired and thought they could pull it off with the same degree and a slightly better GPA. They are young and beautiful, but not that pretty. I'm not going to give them a fake Instagram handle here because I doubt very much they really want to be associated with this story.
One of his new roommates is a housewife from a different state that he is expected to get familiar with for future visits.

The building where they work also happens to be the same building where my husband is staying when he has to go out into the field for visits. This building has a lot of floors. The different departments are spread out on different floors, and the workers for each department live on the same floor. My husband lives and works off the same floor. Until recently, the only other people that lived on that floor were other full time employees.

About a month ago, my husband came home and told me the intern that I didn't think would be a problem was going to live with him and the rest of the guys on their new shared floor. I don't know why he was allowed to move in on his own and this one had to be forced on someone, but there they are. This meant that the intern would be seeing my husband come and go from the apartment a lot. To his credit, he did offer to vacate so that this wouldn't be the case, but the intern was already paying him rent. He has to keep a room for the intern and he wouldn't be able to do anything with it besides store his clothes.

It's been almost two months since the intern moved in. I haven't been over to his place since right after he moved in, so I've been worried about what I would find. Yesterday, I drove out to visit him. I didn't tell him I was running out there, I didn't want to give him time to move everything or to ask his boss what he was supposed to do about it. When I got there, the intern was home. She acknowledged me, but she didn't make eye contact and didn't smile or wave. My husband said she has always been like that, and that once you get to know her, she is pretty fun.

I was telling him I was going to cook dinner and asked if he wanted anything. He said he wouldn't be coming. I asked him why and he said the intern was making him dinner. I got pissed and asked why the hell I had to come all the way out here to see him and he was spending time with her? He said she was sorry and just wanted to cook for him. I pointed out that I hadn't been invited and that was unfair. He said he would come to my hotel and we could go together. I told him I was not going anymore.

I drove back to my parents and told them what was going on. They told me to get a divorce lawyer. I'm half-tempted. I don't want him to know that I was at his place, so that's going to be my next move. I'm going to drive over there once or twice a week and gather documents for the divorce. I might not even end up divorcing him, but I want all of his assets and might need proof that he was being unfaithful. I'm not leaving him, I'm just sick of this bullshit. I have two friends in the area and neither of them are in a relationship. I'm thinking about staying with one or the other until this is all settled.

I just wanted to get this off my chest.
