Facebook whistleblower Frances Haugen will testify to Congress again on Wednesday, her second time addressing lawmakers in two months.<br><br>“Tomorrow, I will be testifying in front of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce about Facebook’s valued profit over safety,” she tweeted.<br><br>Haugen has said she was hired by Facebook in 2019 and was initially employed on the misinformation policy team. She transitioned last year to the company’s “civic integrity” group, which aimed to prevent voter interference in the 2020 election.
