If you're a woman and you're upset, angry, sad, disappointed, etc. please know:<br>1. You're not alone.<br>2. Your feelings are valid, and you're allowed to feel them. Put aside the pressure to make everything ok. You are a person, and your experiences are valid. You are allowed to grieve, feel angry, frustrated, etc.<br>3. You are safe in the company of other women. If you need support, reach out! We've all been there. <br><br>Please feel free to share, upvote, and support each other.
