Is loneliness rare for men?

I'm blackpilled in the sense that i am beginning to believe that loneliness is not the norm for men in general. I've been alone for over a year and have been feeling lonely. But when i hang out with friends or even my mom, they don't seem that lonely.

When i talk to them about my loneliness, they simply tell me to go out and talk to people. Ok, i go out, approach and talk to people and there's no chemistry. No connection. I'm still lonely.

I've tried to go to regular places like church, gym, school, etc and i see people socializing, having their cliques. I even see acquaintances that i haven't seen in a while and i'm happy to see them and we catch up. But i know that at the end of the day, i'm going to be alone.

I don't know, it's a weird feeling. I want to believe that we're all lonely but we all pretend that we're fine.
