I got fired from my job due to COVID-19

My wife is 3 months pregnant and I'm the only breadwinner. I was in the hospital with COVID-19 for three days and when I got home my boss called me up saying that I was fired for failing to show up to work. When I explained my situation he said "thats why you have a backup". I don't even have family here and I was counting on his backing me up. I can't find another job and now I'm out of work, and the baby is about to be born. I'm getting nothing but good wishes from friends, I can't take my anger and frustration out on my wife who is in the most stressful time in her life. What should I do?
