I can’t go to the doctor without my husband

I need my husband to vouch for me when I’m telling my doctor “I’m sick” due to my chronic illness. <br><br><br>I need my husband to vouch for me when I’m bringing my concerns to my doctor. <br><br><br>I need my husband to vouch for me when I get an STD test “I swear honey I didn’t cheat, it was a long time ago” I need my husband to vouch for me that I don’t sleep around. <br><br><br>I have been to my doctor without a partner and I’m not taken seriously but the second my husband is present and vouches for me my doctor starts taking me seriously.<br><br><br>This is a post from woman with a long time chronic illness for other women who are sick and need a man to vouch for us. <br><br><br>Thank you for taking me seriously doctor I’m sick, but why must we rely on men to vouch for us?
