Rajput

I'm a Rajput, religion - Hindu, and I am conservative when it comes to Hinduism. I have visited many countries around the world but what I noticed is very difficult to convert them to Hinduism, whereas people convert to Christianity or Islam in a very short time. So I want people to suggest as to why and what should be done so that Hinduism doesn't end.
