Last night we had sex, today I'm in the ER

My sister and I haven't had sex in a while. She got pregnant with twins, we're really on the road to adoption right now, so we really needed some comfort. So last night we had sex in our bed... she's still sore so we did it doggy style. <br><br>I was really surprised, I knew she was pregnant, but I didn't know that meant I could get her pregnant too. I want to explore more of this pregnancy kink, but I think I should first figure out how to tell the doctor.
