What if the Lithuanians do manage to pull this off?

What if they do manage to push us to war? And further, what if they do manage to make Georgia part of NATO? What then?<br><br>No doubt Putin will try to pull a "Finland" and pressure the Baltic states into giving some part of their land to Russia and demilitarize the rest. But that is not all. Mr Putler has made Georgia his "2nd Chechnya" since 2008. Why will it be any different this time? What should we expect from the mad dictator if he feels like he's got a yob on the USA?<br><br>I've got no idea how the Georgia-Russia war ended, but I doubt that we will get a better outcome if the US has to fight Russia.<br><br>I'm not sure if any of you have noticed, but the US is trying to remove the Russian gas pipeline in the Baltic sea. If Putin starts a war with Georgia, that might be an excuse to totally sabotage the pipeline. From the Russian perspective, the war will begin when the pipeline is totally removed. No doubt, nothing good will come out of it.
