I would love to know one thing about adhd

Why the hell is it that when I take my adhd meds I am able to do school work, chores, and anything else I need to do without getting distracted but when I’m gaming I can focus for 10+ hours at a time without taking a break, getting distracted, losing focus, etc. why how tf
