How do I stop being so Unsnek?

How do I break the cycle of being an Unsnek? It seems like every time I say something there’s a BFBO trying to insult me for no reason other than to obtain Nuggs BFBO Unsnek-destroying practice? Therefore, I must engage with them, which only perpetuates the cycle. Can anyone show me a way to break free from this BFBO-dominated matrix?
