(Photo by Karwai Tang/WireImag<br>They visited the Sandwell Aquatics Centre to watch the swimming heats. <br><br>The Royal Family often attend the Commonwealth Games, which are held every four years to celebrate the best of sport from the Commonwealth countries. <br><br>William and Kate are long-time supporters of the Games, and are Honorary Presidents of Commonwealth Games England. <br><br>Today’s event was the heats for the 200m breaststroke, with England represented by Laura Stephens and Kayla Van Der Merve. <br><br>Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, seven, and Prince Louis, four, watched the event from the stands. <br><br>Charlotte wore a Team England t-shirt and appeared to be enjoying herself, chatting to her mum and brother and watching the racing. <br><br>After the heats, the Royal Family met with some of the competitors, including England’s swimmers. <br><br>They were also joined by Lt. Michael Armstrong-Jones, the husband of Zara Tindall and brother-in-law of the Princess Royal. <br><br>Last week, William and Kate watched the wheel chair basketball, while Kate also viewed a demonstration of the fitness class she designed for new mothers. <br><br>Highlights! <br><br>It’s been a great day at the Commonwealth Games with Prince William, Kate, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Here are some highlights: <br><br>The Cambridges arrived at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre at 10:20am. <br><br>Prince William and Kate sat down in the Royal Box after shaking hands with dignitaries. <br><br>Prince George and Princess Charlotte then walked in and sat down next to their parents. <br><br>The Royal Family watched the 200m breaststroke heats, with England represented by Laura Stephens and Kayla Van Der Merve. <br><br>After the heats, they met with some of the competitors, including England’s swimmers. <br><br>William and Kate spoke with Laura Stephens and Kayla Van Der Merve. <br><br>They also met with Team England’s swimmers including Medi Harris, Freya Anderson and Daniel Wiffen. <br><br>The family was joined by Lt.
