AITA for not sharing my (33/m) birthday cake with my child?

It was my 33rd birthday, and my wife had promised that we’d be going to see my parents and siblings. But she thoughtfully set up a small birthday cake at home first, complete with sheathed candles and a few children-friendly candies. <br><br>Then came the two little ones, sniffling and coughing. My wife declared she couldn’t take two sick kids on the road for a family birthday party. Of course, birthday cake is not to be wasted. So, two sick kids devoured two-thirds of my birthday cake while I got car sick driving two sick kids to see my family. <br><br>We didn’t make it. A few miles outside town, the birthday cake made its reappearance. I grabbed a gas station trash can just in time, and my birthday cake was covered in two sick kids’ vomit.
