Woman found herself in a pit, after being missing for nearly a year. Anybody heard of this? Or is it a real glitch in the matrix?

Pretty much what the title says. This woman just ended up in a pit in an undeveloped neighborhood somewhere in Arizona I think, stateside. She had been missing since last year. The news are saying she was just, there. They found her, put her in a hospital and bada boom, she was fine, nothing about it really explained. Just happened. She's alive bada boom. It's really weird, because she would have starved, or died if she were really there for a year. It's just strange, and idk what to make of it
