Add a button to comments to indicate that someone needs an upvote for a good comment

I think it would be really neat if there was a button next to comments, along with the "report" and "save" buttons, that would be called "needs more upvotes". It would be used for comments that are good, but aren't getting enough attention. Not unlike a suggestion, since people will upvote a comment just to get the orange arrow, but upvotes actually do something for the person.<br><br>Also, that button would only be visible if the comment is under, say, 2 upvotes, or something. Just to sort out the comments that are already doing well.<br><br>What do you think?<br><br>Edit: I posted this and thought of more things. If you posted this before me, I'm sorry.
