Do I need to tell my friend she’s having a psychotic break?

I have a friend who’s been struggling lately, and she just called me. She’s crying and talking about how she’s suicidal, and how she feels like she’s losing her mind. She mentioned something about hearing voices and seeing things, but she’s really scared because she thinks she’s losing her grip on reality. I’ve never dealt with a situation like this before, and I don’t know if I should try to be supportive or if I should suggest that she get professional help. She’s not in immediate danger, but I want to make sure she’s okay. I feel really overwhelmed and unsure of what to do.

UPDATE: Thank you all for your thoughtful comments and DMs. I reached out to her and told her that I'm there to listen and support her in any way I can. I also made it clear that I'm worried and concerned about her well-being. She thanked me for being honest with her and said that she appreciates my openness. I let her know that she can call me anytime and that I'll be there to support her, but I also reminded her that I'm not a professional and encouraged her to seek help. I've also been in touch with her family, and we're all working together to make sure she gets the support she needs. She's promised to reach out tomorrow, and I'll keep you updated on how things go. Thank you all again for your kindness and concern.
