I’m (27f) too afraid to go to the grocery store.

I’m too afraid to go to the grocery store. I don’t know where else to go besides there. I’ve been hiding in my apartment for 3 weeks straight now. I feel like I’m losing my mind and I’m scared I’m going to be put in a mental institution. I can’t afford to live without my job. I can’t afford to live without groceries. What can I do? I don’t know what to do.
