I'm genuinely too afraid to ask but I just don't know if my house is haunted

So yeah, my house might be haunted and I don't know what to do. I just need some help and reassurance that I'm not losing my mind. I know a lot of people here have experienced something similar but I've never been so scared before in my life. I'm scared to even sleep at home now.

So basically, the main things that's been happening are doors opening by themselves, knocking sounds, and things falling off tables.

First off, the doors opening by itself. The other night I was walking to the bathroom and I noticed that the door was ajar. I was sure I had closed it properly, so I just thought maybe I had forgotten and it had opened by itself. But this happened several times after that.

The knocking sounds happened yesterday. I was watching a video and suddenly there was like a loud knock on the wall. I thought maybe my neighbor had knocked on the wall, but he doesn't do that and it definitely sounded more like a tap than a knock. It happened a couple more times.

Lastly, things falling off tables. I was reading a book in my room and a couple pages fell off. I didn't hear anything, it was just like it happened by itself.

I've been having this creepy feeling in my house ever since. I don't know what to do or what's causing it. It's freaking me out so bad. I'm scared to go to bed and I don't know if I'm losing my mind. Please help me out. I'm so scared right now.
