Is it actually possible to go back to sleep after being awoken by a fire alarm? I get out of bed and check if there's anyone in the hallways and look out the window to see if there's a fire. I'm too terrified to go back to sleep

I don't even care to bastardise the concept of showerthoughts, I just need to know. Has anyone ever gone back to sleep after this? Just seeing people saying that they can't sleep again but not if they actually do sleep again.
