Hong Kong is not a safe place to visit

I’m currently in Hong Kong and we just got out of the pro democracy protests , so I thought I would take this chance to remind everyone that Hong Kong is not currently a safe or fun place to visit<br><br>Edit: I’m also seeing a lot of people saying this has been going on for 3 months and that violence is not a rarity . HK has been going through a lot lately. I want to encourage you to take a look and learn about why we are protesting<br><br>Edit 2: some people are saying that I shouldn’t be posting this because of how it makes Hong Kong look internationally. Hong Kong is not the same as China. We’re pro democracy and we are fighting for human rights and a better Hong Kong. Please support and educate yourself<br><br>Edit 3: I’m seeing a lot of people saying that this is what we get for protesting. Or that we should think about why we are protesting. This is a revolution. This is for freedom and human rights. It is not violent on our end until it is. Although this is a revolution for democracy the Hong Kong Government has labeled it as riots. I know that with the lack of news it can be confusing but please take a moment to educate yourself
