Does anyone here feel like they have a "witch's curse"?

I'm a guy 27 who's just always been a bit of a downer to be around. I always feel like I'm somehow being punished and that's why I'm a miserable person and why my friends are always miserable when they're with me. I'm not sure what I did, if anything, but it seems like things just go wrong whenever I'm around. I'm just so drained from all of this and I can't explain it. I feel like I'm the reason for all of the problems in my life, and the people who are supposed to be closest to me. I know it's irrational, but I'm not sure what to do.
