Do I have a tick or a lice infestation?

Hi. So, I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night with a tickling sensation in my chest. I’ve been scratching at it and there’s what looks like a small white patch on my chest. I’m assuming it’s a tick. It doesn’t feel like an itchy bug bite, it feels like a tick. Is it possible to have a tick infestation? I’ve looked it up and everything says they usually bite your feet, but I’ve had 2 other people mention the same tickling sensation in the middle of the night on their chest. I’m freaking out. Please help.
