I have really bad body odor (brucellosis)

I'm 20 years old, male, and have been having bad body odor. I've used deodorant for a while, and it doesn't seem to help. I've tried many different deodorants and body washes. I've used antiperspirant, but I still get very bad body odor. I've also noticed my mouth smells bad. I brush my teeth every night and floss every few days. I've been getting a lot of comments on my bad breath. I have a history of strep throat and I recently went to the doctor for my body odor. I was tested for a bunch of things, and they found out I have brucellosis. It's a bacterial disease that usually affects cattle, but can be transmitted to humans. It's usually transmitted through contaminated food, water, or blood. The doctor thinks I got it from contaminated milk, but I don't drink much milk. I was prescribed a medication called doxycycline, and I started taking it last week. I took it yesterday, and today I noticed my body odor has significantly improved. I took it again last night, and this morning I didn't have any bad breath. I'm excited to see how it improves, but I'm also a little sad because I have a lot of clothes that I was worried I had to burn because of the bad smell.
