I (21M) have a skin condition where I get huge rashes on my skin that are incredibly painful

So, I have a skin condition that causes me to break out into huge rashes. They’re very painful. When they start they are very small and not noticeable but as they continue they become huge and extremely painful. I am 21M. I am an average guy in size. My skin rashes have become so large they cover my entire back, and they even have gotten to my legs. They have gotten so bad that I have to lay down on my stomach with my face buried in my pillow and it’s even painful to get up and walk to the bathroom to use the toilet. <br><br>Recently, I have been noticing that I get skin rashes when I get scared. For example, if someone jumped out behind me and scared me I would get a huge rash that would cover my back and even get on my legs. <br><br>I am afraid that if I get too scared then my rashes will get so bad that it will kill me. I am not sure what to do.
