I am terrified I may be HIV positive

I need to get tested ASAP, but I am terrified. I had sex with a man I met at a bar last weekend. We didn’t use condoms, but I’m not sure if I need to be tested. I’m a woman, and I don’t know if I need to be tested for HIV. <br><br>I’ve been researching and I’m finding conflicting answers. Some say women can only get HIV through unprotected sex with men who are already HIV positive and are not on treatment. Others say women can also get HIV through unprotected sex with other men. I am scared that I may be positive and don’t know what to do. <br><br>I’m also worried that if I’m positive, I will not be able to get tested for other STDs and that I will need to stop having sex with men altogether. <br><br>Can someone please help me figure out what to do?
