Anyone ever get their car searched?

Did an air guard do a search on my phone and then my car, I had a few bottles of liquor sitting on the back seat and a hiking backpack full of shoplifted goods, she called her manager over and talked to him for a second, then came back and said, "everything looks good! Have a great day!" how tf does that work?
