AITA for wanting to punish my brother for "ruining" my relationship with my boyfriend

Hi. Long story short, I 22F have been in a long distance relationship (one state over) with my bf 25M for a little less than a year and a half now. We've been planning to move in with each other once I find a job in his town but it's going slower than I'd like.

In the meantime, my family and I planned a little family vacation to a beach town about 6 hours away. I was super excited because my family hasn't really been on a trip like that together since before I had moved out. We were all getting ready to leave in the morning and I was going to stay with my brother 29M for a night before heading out (He lives like 10 mins from the airport). I would've left super early in the morning but figured I could just stay awake all night and get some rest. I was gonna bring my bf on the trip as well since we wanted to take a break from being away from each other for so long but obviously I couldn't do that if my brother was going to stay the night.

So I was a little surprised when my brother texted me out of the blue and said he was going to stay with a friend instead so he wouldn't have to leave super early in the morning. I asked him why and he said "well, you're not staying here so why should I?" and I asked him what he meant by it. He basically said he was sick of "being my personal doorman every time I see you". I kind of lost it and told him he's being really rude and to drop it but he just said he's sick of being stuck awake whenever I have a trip or bf coming over. I told him I'm sorry but I need him to stay tonight since I'm not leaving til the next morning and he just said he was "tired of being my personal doorman" and "it always ends up being at the last minute too" and he's had enough.

I was pretty pissed but I had to respect his wishes for once so I said cool and he stayed with a friend. But now I'm thinking of not inviting him to the trip anymore and only invite my boyfriend instead. AITA?
