I think we should phase out the 5 day rule

I'm a teacher. When I'm sick and can't come to school, I stay home. Covid has proved you can be infectious before your symptoms show. I don't send my sick kid to school and I don't think kids should come back to school until they're over being sick. I get that it's hard to have them at home. I get that sometimes kids just get colds and think they have the flu. But when they come to school it goes through the whole class. <br><br>We should re-write the handbook and make it "stay home until you're not sick anymore" to be safe and healthy.
