I'm 13 and no matter how hard I try I will never catch up to a man in my career. What is the point of being a girl/woman.

For most of my life I had to work hard to catch up to a man. I always needed to be better to do the same thing than a man. In the last 3 years I felt like I had achieved somethings. I have done 2 programming courses, I can speak 2 languages fluently, I'm in the top 10% of my class. I have worked hard for 13 years. But just last night I realised that does not matter, if I speak a man disrespectfully I will have a man over me pointing his finger in my face, and nothing will come of it. Men will always be better than me. I have been sexually harassed and I never said anything. Im scared. When I graduate I may get a job but I will be paid less than a man.
