How are men supposed to find wives if we want one?

I guess I'm just a bit confused on how women are assuming we are supposed to find wives. The women are encouraged to get an education and career first then find a husband. What are we supposed to do? Sit around and wait for them to finish all that so we can ask them out? And then if they reject us, just wait some more? <br><br>Because on the one hand women are complaining men don't talk to them enough and on the other hand when a man approaches them they assume we're just after sex.<br><br>So men are supposed to find a career first, build a life for themselves, and then wait for women to find us?<br><br>How does this make sense?
