I have a fucking headache and I need to be able to trust that people have me to back me up

I'm 13 years old, and I've been having a fucking headache all day. I'm sick and I just want to be able to rest and to not have to be fucking worried about what people will think of me if I just want to rest fucking too much. fucking too much lapses in fucking judgement and I just want to be able to trust that people have me to back me up, no matter what, but they just fucking don't. nothing fucking matters anyways because no matter how good life is, we just fucking, fucking fucking die fucking. its just so fucking hard.
