I am so disappointed with this sub recently!

Over the past 6 months or so I've really started to notice the decline in the quality of the content and the intelligence of the community. I'm not saying that it was ever on the same level of other subreddits but at least it was tolerable. These days it seems like everyday there is a new thread like "What's your favorite anime?" or "Top 5 anime?" or "What should I watch next?" or "What's your opinion about (insert topic here)?" These threads are always so repetitive because it seems like no one ever looks at old threads before they post. It's honestly so fucking stupid and I wish we could just have a sticky with a few different topics like for example "What's your favorite anime?" and just keep all of them in the one thread. I don't think that would ever happen though since this sub is mostly just for people who are new to anime.
