I don't know how you do it

I'm a special ed teacher at a very underfunded inner-city school with many students dealing with early childhood trauma.<br>I have two paras in my room and two student teachers, and I still find myself drowning sometimes. <br><br>How on earth do some of you do it with a room full of 25 kids and no help? Or 35? Or 40?
