She’s a vampire

I met a 24-year-old woman in her third year of studying computer science at a top university and I was immediately smitten. At first, I thought of her as a vampire because she only came out at night, but it wasn't until later that I realized the full extent of our differences. I found her fascinating, and I wanted nothing more than to help her. Little did I know that my feelings for her were unrequited. She wanted me to leave her alone, but I couldn't bring myself to do so. I tried reasoning with her, but I simply wasn't smart enough to convince her to be with me.
