How do I stop my 2 year old from watching dark or violent videos on YouTube Kids

My 2 year old loves YouTube kids but for the last 2 weeks or so he’s been watching videos about things that are not appropriate for a toddler like people getting shot, drowning, or things about people dying or having a heart attack. I tried to contact YouTube kids and all I could find was to block the channel. I’ve done that and I also uninstalled the app for now. <br><br>How can I stop this from happening?
