I just bought a house and I am in my late 20's. How do I get a woman to date me?

I am in my late 20's. I bought a house last year, make more money than I need (more than 400k a year), have a promising future in my career, work out, and am generally very confident. I have always had a hard time dating because I am very picky. So, how do I find a woman who is compatible with me? I have been on every dating site, and every time it is the same thing. Woman is very interested until they find out what I do and what I make. Then it is very obvious that they are after my money. I have been told I am very handsome, and I get a lot of attention. I am not looking for a one night stand, I am looking for a long term relationship with someone who respects me for me and what I have accomplished. I am not sure what to do anymore.
