I need to stop drinking alcohol.

I am 22 years old and have been drinking for a year now. I used to drink alcoholic beverages with other friends on the weekends and on special occasions. But when I moved to a new city to study, I made new friends and we were hanging out all the time. I was drinking a six pack of soda alcoholic drinks by myself, even on weekdays. I could not study anymore and I made a lot of mistakes. I am not a good drinker and it keeps happening. It happened again this semester and I am off the roaster. My mom is calling me a drunkard and she does not want me to go alcoholic drinks. She is probably right. I do not want to ruin my future and I will stop drinking.
