I think a general purge is needed

I was thinking that just banning the obvious communist spam accounts and domains isn't enough. The spam we get from them is everywhere, and it is bad enough, especially when it interrupts good, productive discussions. However, after reading a few recent comments in this sub, I'm convinced that it isn't just the obvious spam accounts that we need to deal with. The spammer's ideology and presence is contagious, and spreads.
