Everybody has their own mental mountains to overcome and they haven't overcome them.

Based on my observations it seems like a lot of people you see going about their day have their own struggles. What one person finds mountains to overcome other people might not.

What I mean by that is, yesterday I was watching a YouTube video. And in the comments, there was this guy who was claiming mental mountains were fake and he was lying. And I asked him if he was lying or if he had actually climbed a mental mountain. And he said it wasn't a big deal to start going outside and then I told him I had trouble doing that. He said I was lying. Then I said I was not lying and I did have trouble going outside by myself for a long time. And then I said I'm not the only person in the world who has trouble going outside. And then he called me a liar again.

He just went on and on until I finally got tired of him and stopped replying to him. I was also thinking about this today. When I was younger I had legit trouble speaking to people I didn't know. I used to feel so nervous, I had trouble even remembering my teachers' names. But then I had this teacher who was this nice teacher. And she was like to me. "Everybody has their mental mountains to climb. And then when you climb one mental mountain, there's always another one to climb." And then I just thought about how legit this was. And it was so true.

Everybody has their own struggles no matter what.Everybody has their own struggles no matter what.
