App idea to track changes on web pages.

As I was looking through this thread, I noticed some changes to the top post. The text changed from saying "suck my dick" to "hello world". I noticed it almost immediately. I'm sure I've seen apps and plugins similar to this, but the concept, I think, is quite interesting.
